Summary (new version): The year is 2045. It hasn’t stopped raining since the girls could remember. Precipitation follows Billie and Georgia; two sisters, not by blood, who try to navigate a dystopian world riddled with protests and uprisings against the corrupt government. Longer version (original): At the head of the story, there are two young women, Billie and Georgia. Billie was born mute, however, this did not create any difficulties for Georgia to become as close as a full-blood sister. The story begins when Georgia goes missing. They are the same and they live in a world similar to ours, the only difference is the rain. The rain has not stopped since the two girls were born. Always on the way to school, always on the way back, always when you go for groceries or to a friend's house. Always… This was not going to end soon, everyone knew this, but with every flood, they wanted to know more. Unfortunately, science did not give the answer they wanted, and that’s when the Revolution started. People couldn’t bear it and became violent. The protests started to be occurring, someone could say, in every part of the world. The living become unbearable in modern society, so one day the decision comes naturally, and the girls decide to get away. Only, why is Georgia not answering my messages? Was she caught? Or did she leave me on purpose? What should I do now?
